A thing that happens awhile ago...
People say the best time to write is the time when you feel the most...meaning when your emotions are running high, use it to move words out of your brain and onto the paper.
In this particular scenario, I think I did a good job NOT writing it down when the emotions were absurdly high.
I was angry. Upset. Offended.
Not to the level that I may shout out profanity...I've had those moments before.
This is not one of them.
I don't mind...
I do a lot of consultation. I do expect receiving this sort of comment. To be honest, I really don't mind.
What I mean by this is, I don't hold it against you for saying that.
I do feel what I feel. I acknowledge my emotions.
I don't hate you. I won't sabotage you.
I'll always be here for you. I'll consult you as best as I can.
Then, why bother writing this?!!
My point:
Many people around me have been helpful in one way or another. I take note of people kindness and wish constantly to repay them in anyway I could.
Up to the point, I remember who bought me coffee, breakfast, lunch and dinner.
I learn to appreciate kindness.
I strive to be kind as much as I can.
I do a lot for people around me...I try to contribute much to the society.
I work hard on what I want to achieve. I feel that it is one way of me creating myself that is capable of repaying others. Able to do more good. To reach out further.
I do believe on this reciprocity. You do good, you will get good.
The best bit, you get it from sources that you didn't expect!!
I have been in that situation many times. I wrote about it previously.
Do browse if you're interested to know.
What's in it for you:
1) Do good to people.
You will get only good things back.
Some might throw bad things to you. Take it as a test to measure your sincerity.
2) Focus on what you can do
There's no point to compare yourself with others.
You may see others in more favourable situation that you.
The fact is: you only see what they show and what you want to see!
You don't know what they have gone through to get there.
Have you ever skipped buying a meal (breakfast, lunch, dinner) and neglect all other expenditures on self...just to afford to pay fuel to go to classes?
You make your own luck!
